Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a 2017 mid model. So um 2017. The only thing “newer “ is imacpro which is $5000. Most don’t need a power horse like that. As far as is there a newer model coming out, one can’t predict future, but this model is the first update in 3-5 years. And some would say it’s pretty much the same as previous model minis new guts. Apple has been focused on phone market and tablets, so if a newer model comes out it will most likely be a new Mac Pro laptop, or new Mac pro to replace trash can version. Or something new all together. My Guess is something like the iPad Pro and computer hybrid of some sort.
