- Answer I'd suggest noting the model number(s) and compare. There are only two 2-TB 27" IMACs. One from 2015 and the 'Latest' 2017 IMAC. The price fluctuates... I bought the 2015 - 2TB model and saved over $500. If cost isn't a concern, buy the new one, but get the 2TB Hard Drive.

QuestionI'm starting a drone business (aerial video and photography) my MacBook Pro is 5 years old and need to upgrade. Would this be a viable option to consider? Mostly using apps to edit and photoshop stills and stock footage.

- Answer The IMac has plenty of power to process those Apps and a ton more, you will not be disappointed, this is an awesome machine.

QuestionIs it worth it to spend an extra 200 bucks to get the core i7 processor, which I presume is the latest generation (it also has Turbo Boost to 4.5GHz) ? Have 2009 iMac, still working fine, but thinking upgrade and want to get fastest processor available

- Answer If you mean a modem then no. That is a separate purchase. Same for a cd/dvd player.

- Answer Yes you can and it's best you do it yourself. Best Buy doesn't carry the best ram and Apple charges a arm and a leg. Takes 5 minutes to do hardest part is choosing the correct ram and opening the package but a quick internet search will help you with that! Good luck
