Yes they will work with them because the connector to the devices is still lightning. The only thing is that it will connect to your computer at slower speeds. USB-C is a faster standard than usb 2.0 It will charge both the phone or the Air Pods Pro but it won't fast charge. By the way, you either have the iPhone 11 or the iPhone 11 pro Max. The cable will work with either of them.
