“If I buy the one with att does it come with the whole plan or apart. Also, if I do get the att plan how much do I need to pay per month and is it to att or Best Buy”

You may buy the iPad at BestBuy and let them know that your carrier is AT&T. BestBuy will sell you an iPad that will be on AT&T's network. How much you pay depends on your current AT&T plan. Hope this helps.

With att I added to my data plan and it cost 20 a month to add to the plan and the payment on the iPad is 30 a month.
