• We had a charger that would not charge them. Replaced the charger and it charges fine now.

• There are 2 different styles. Lightning charge is with a cable, then there is the wireless charge one. Double check the model you purchased in your purchase history and it will tell you. I made that mistake and thought I got the wireless but didn’t. It’s ok because I have lots of extra cords but still

• Hi, Unfortunately the airpod case is not a wireless charging case. These require a regular lightning cable.
