• I know for a fact they work with Teams. Avaya, as long as it's a softphone, it ~should~ work. The actual phone should work as well, as when you put the Max's into regular pairing mode they work and pair like regular bluetooth headphones. But don't take that as a purchase measurement. They MAY not work. I cannot guarantee you this.

• Worked with teams on my mac mini and PC. Physical phones may be a bit trickier as their bluetooth compatibility is a bit limited. It should work with the Avaya softphone

• If you have Bluetooth it should work. If you have Apple TV they are great. On 2nd question I haven’t visited “Gatesville” in twenty five years, I love golden delicious APPLES. Buy a Apple TV and an iPad Pro. Tim Cook is getting ready to retire and he needs the money hehe
