Yes! Super easy to clean. You just pop them off and wipe them down.

Yes. The ear muff part pops out. I clean mine by soaking a rag with warm water and I add a really small amount of laundry detergent to the rag then wipe them down, they get pretty wet from the rag so I air dry them, I do this weekly (especially after the gym when I'm sweating in them).

I seen my daughter remove the cushion part they are grey so you can see the dirt build up
She said she has to wash them… so I assume you can wash that part.
