Nothing wrong with the headphones ...infact other makes of headphones sound tiney to loud as with these headphones you can hit mute and talk easily and what the other person is saying

Imagine the ANC of the Sony XM4, the Call quality of the Bose 700, unmatched Build Quality and Sound (in this class), and these come out on top. 

The Airpods Max might be a lot more money, but they really are best in class for the $300 to $600 range of BT headphones.
