“Are these compatible with hearing aids? Not necessarily tech-wise, but as in, can someone wear over-the-ear hearing aids and these headphones comfortably? If not can someone recommend a quality headphone that pairs well with hearing aids?”

Yes probably depending on size of hearing aids as the ear cups for the max are fairly large

In-ear is a different story, but take very special care with volumes and remember that the shell of the earcup is made of aluminum so there could be some signal loss. Overall I’d say move at your own discretion with this one as this is a very highly personal question with an equally personal outcome.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on the size of your hearing aid, the padding of the headphone may sit slightly on top of your hearing device. It may be possible to fit your device fully inside the headphone by adjusting the headphone a bit toward the back of your ears.
