If you are asking if Geek Squad will clean the earwax out of your AirPods, or in general, I would say no… They sell cleaning kits for you to do that yourself.

You can clean them with alcohol and a Q tip

they are brand new they will be now cleaning for you to do when u received it

These are new not refurbished. So they are clean in a sealed box.
