How do you turn on or activate? null

Once the car is charged you will open up the top of the case while it is next to your phone and it will connect to your device and pair.

Simply open the case. Turn on Bluetooth and your all ready

Once they are in your ears they automatically connect to your iPhone or iPad

As soon as you open the case they connect to your iPhone

Have to have open the case near the phone or computer you’re using. For apple products, it will be automatically recognized and provide a box that says connect. Just click the box. Otherwise, it should show up under the Bluetooth menu to connect. If it doesn’t do that, then ther is something wrong and I would suggest going to an Apple Store for help.
