They work with android and you can use both the noise cancellation and transparency mode. Just watch a youtube video on how to change in between.

They do work with android but you wouldn't have as much as functionality as an apple device. For Ex. you wont be able to customize the actions of the forth sensor and cannot do the ear tip fit test. You could still use noise cancellation and transparency mode by holding onto the sensor as they are the default action.
