• According to all the media coverage and disassembly videos the airpods themselves are identical and share the same model number as the the ones before the magsafe case was added. The case is reportedly the same dimensions as the one without the magsafe ring but is slightly heavier due to the addition of the magnets. Hopefully that's accurate and my case still fits perfectly!
