• No there the same AirPods the only thing that changes is the case on the MagSafe they have a magnetic so it can attach to a MagSafe charger but other than that there the same AirPods no difference in audio quality

• The AirPods themselves are not different, however the MagSafe version has a different case that allows them to charge with MagSafe, Apple's magnetic wireless charging.
