• Yes you can , you can change which setting you want weather it be noise cancellation or transparency mode or just off in general.

• I finally found my own question answered thru some research.. yes to all the features can be fine thru the phone as well versed just on the buds

• You can skip to the next song play/pause and answer calls. You can also just ask Siri to skip a song. Hope that helps
