Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had 2 Pairs of AirPod Pro's and A pair of first gen airpods and never had this happen or heard this happening. I recommend getting a case, either a hard-shell or softshell case which can help remedy this issue that you are having.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It seems that the second gens have the same pod shells as the gen previous. I would probably go with no. The second-gen comes with 4 ear tip size options instead of the original 3 but that's the only physical difference on the pods. I've come across this issue as well I'd recommend apple care.
