Yep, one click on the airpod you answer your call two clicks and you’re hanging up. I believe if you click it three times It puts it on hold and if you hold it down. It changes the mode to switch to transparency mode, noise canceling mode.

Yes you can, you can either use Siri to just say hello while it’s ringing and it will pick up. If you’re like me and don’t use Siri you can just tap one AirPods and answer the call double tap to hang up.
