Have you tried different methods? -Different cables? -Different charging outlet? -Wireless charging? -Is the charging hole clean? After doing all of these, try doing a hard reset if none of those work (long press back buttom until AirPods start blinking in orange) If that doesn’t work, I would go to an Apple store or call Apple Support

Please try again later.Apple has a one-year manufactures warranty and will fix it even without the AppleCare plus purchase, just call the Apple repair line or go to an Apple store, calling the repair line and scheduling an appointment at the Apple Store is probably your best bet!
