You have to go to Apple Music go to your account icon and redeem code. The one part u have to do is set up a card into your account(it won’t charge you anything until a month after” but u can cancel it and you’ll have Apple Music for 4 months

After you get your purchase, you will receive an email shortly and it will give you information on how to set it up.
