You can schedule an appointment to the nearest Apple store near you. You’ll need to take your AirPods with you so they can get the serial number on them, but you can buy a replacement. Take note that the replacement will be cheaper if you have AppleCare, but if you don’t you still will be able to buy it at a slightly higher price
