Because it broke.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You are correct the same thing happened with my daughter one pod stopped working and Best Buy return policy redirects you back to an Apple store for repair. I guess I should have bought them from Apple and then I could have avoid the drama with trying to get an appointment scheduled because Apples CS had no idea we’re I was getting the product number, which is literally written on the box that they came in and as if I had to say it, Apple CS could not find the product number in Apple’s data base no appointment. Guy said this is to prevent fraud!?! On a pair of $30 headphones? I gave up. Not worth the energy $70.00 down the drain. And of course she wanted them replaced with the same thing only for it to occur again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If that's the case call the manufacturer and they might help you. If 2 the same earphones did not work, you should of called customer care, customer service, return the product or call the manufacturer. I do not see why you need to buy 20.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You keep damaging one side of the headphone. You have to buy the real ones not the fake ones they sell in grocery stores or markets. I suggest buying them from Best Buy or Apple.
