Hi, I recently purchased mine and the battery health is not great. Mine dies in less than an hour of using it. I’d imagine it’s different per IPad though.

In fact, I would trust a certified product more than I would some “new” products. With certified you have a guarantee the device is fully functional, undamaged, all ports work and function as they should, and all accessories are good and functional (plus you get a little extra off the top). the battery will be at least excellent condition full charge capability.
