This means that the iPad will be capable of cellular networking, but you'll need to provide and pay for your own monthly data plan. There's some great ones from low-cost carriers like US Mobile, Visible, and Helium Mobile for less than $20-25 /mo with unlimited (or lots of) data, including taxes and fees. Hope that helps.

• A:Answer It did not arrive in original packaging. Exterior was in really good condition. I would not recommend purchasing refurbished. I immediately returned.
