Usually all refurbished items have everything they would have if were new. Refurbished by Best Buy is like new. Check packaging before leaving the store

I purchased the Apple AirPods Generation 3 refurbished and they did not come with different sized ear tips. But I love my Apple AirPods and for the price you can’t beat that. Plus I got 4 months free of Apple News, Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Arcade. Look for the refurbished with free deals. I have to buy smaller ear pieces as well. Had no problems and they do come with a little bit of a warranty. Hope this helps!
