• Yes the refurbished Apple AirPods do come with a charging case. Not for sure on Apple Care but it does come with a warranty.

• Yes to the wireless charging case, No to Apple Care. Apple does not offer Apple Care on refurbished items UNLESS they are bought directly through apple.
