• It says like 30 - 90 days I believe, but after I got mine (broken), they gave me only 2 weeks to return them. After the two weeks, u have to go through the repair or replace option through Geeksquad (who knows how long that will take).

• Might depend on when the AirPods you received was purchased by original buyer.. when I checked my refurbished pair, the limited warranty was still good for just over three months.
