Mine came slightly dirty, in original packaging, and contained everything except medium eartips, even though all parts are supposed to be there (according to BestBuy).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same as the others said, mine came with 3 pair of ear pieces (XS, S, and L) but there are supposed to be 4. I was missing the medium size that comes “pre-installed” on new models. I guess they don’t want to sell a device with somebody else’s earwax on it…but would be nice if that is was accurately disclosed when purchasing.
