There is no AirPods Pro 3rd Generation. I believe you are referring to the NORMAL AirPods 3rd Generation. In this case, yes, the AirPods Pro 2nd Gen are actually way better than the AirPods 3rd Gen. If this isn't what you were asking then I have no idea what to say.
