• A:Answer I have a 4th gen iPad Air, have had it since new 2020 & mine did update to iOS 26.1 I ...However it does not have the new Apple chip so the update to 26.1 will not work for all of the intelligent features of IOS 26 that need that new chip. I use it daily mostly Facetime, photos and video. I plug it in overnight and the battery is still doing well. I hope this helps answer your question. I will be keeping mine.

Q: QuestionThere are a few identical iPads with a major price difference. Same model, speed, storage,... $ v. $$$. Where can I learn of the aesthetic condition and performance of the refurbished iPad before making my grand purchase ?

• A:Answer I chatted with one of their reps the other day. She said that "Refurbished" iPads are in new condition, shipped in original Apple packaging and include all factory accessories and documentation. An "Open Box" item may not include the above. And that's all I know about that :) (I ordered the Blue Air 4 with 256Gb because the green wasnt stocked at that point. If the green is in stock when the blue one arrives, I'll exchange it!)
