is this unit unlocked or can be unlocked? thanks null

With AT&T if the phone has an unpaid balance then it is blacklisted by AT&T. The previous owner needs to pay off the balance before the phone can be activated for anyone else. You won't know until you buy the phone and activate it. Thats what happened to me.

With AT&T if the phone has an unpaid balance then it is blacklisted by AT&T. The previous owner needs to pay off the balance before the phone can be activated for anyone else. You won't know until you buy the phone and activate it. Thats what happened to me.
