“Are these refurbished watches scratch-free both on the watch and the watch face?”

• They do have some minor scratches on the body, but the screen is pretty good, it looks new.

• Hi Stan. I'm sure this is too late, but I just purchased one and also had a replacement, and both were physically perfect from what I could tell. The first one occasionally missed my heart rate which is why I had it swapped out.
