At this time, you can only link one Apple ID to the HomePod. Multiple users is an update that Apple should be working on. This is a limitation.

You have to reset the system and re pair. I’d get bored of that real quick. If you mean play music from via airplay, then any that are connected to your network. And its easy. Btw, anyone can use Siri to control a HomePod hooked up to Apple Music. no iPhone required at that point. So the answer goes from zero to infinity depending on what you mean lol. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.It seems like only the iPhone which is used for the setup can be used for calendars, text, etc. without having to redo the whole setup (because it's tied to that phone's iCloud), but you should be able to stream music from multiple iPhones to the speaker without any issue.

If you have say an iPhone, iPod, Mac and they are all not the same account and network it will work fine. Also if you have multiple phones and they are on the same network, with the Home App you will be able to access it, but I have not tried this and I would assume you would need to be able to logged into the account. The HomePod is only tied to one account at a time.

You can run a queue of Apple Music on the HomePod through your wifi that anyone can add to or skip on, or you can airplay from a specific phone. You can only airplay from one phone at a time, but switching is as easy as selecting the HomePod and boom you're done.
