Is this one takes sim card or is it unlocked??? null

NO this one is wifi only you need the one that is wifi + Cellular to make use of a sim card and cellular data plan. also if you buy it at full price it come with an Apple sim and is not carrier locked if you buy it discounted by a carrier then you are usually locked into them for 2 years but after the two years are up they will unlock it for you.
