“Why do you have to have a cellular plan with the ipod, can't you just use it on wifi?”

• The best way to justify the need for a cellular plan on an iPad or iPod is because you may have a mobile business where you may need to use cellular data while in a clients home or while on a business trip. Other than that I’m not really sure why you want to use it unless you need immediate access to some resource that is needed immediately.
