- Answer This particular model is wifi only so there is no lock / unlock settings. Those models with cellular will say they work with different carriers and typically just depends on the SIM card.

- Answer Not directly using Airdrop but you could email pics to yourself, or upload to google drive, dropbox, etc from your android tablet and then download them if you wanted them on the iPad for show n tell. There would be many ways to get them there with a little effort.
