- Answer In my limited knowledge, the wifi only model is less expensive. I chose this because there are so many hot spots available. You absolutely can connect to a network. I sign in to my sister's wifi all the time. You can also pay extra to get a data plan so wifi connection is not an issue. Hope this helps

In addition to the 32gb on the device, you get 5 free GB of iCloud space. You can upgrade to 50GB for 99 cent a month.

- Answer Yes you can...I am using a third party I bought from Amazon. It does just great for writing. I understand if you are doing artistic work, you need to stay with the Apple Pencil. A lot of them are not pressure sensitive and do not have palm rejection. But for everything thing else is fine. And they do not need Bluetooth.
