If your phone is capable of a hotspot, like IPhone is, then you can use that wherever you are to connect your Ipad to the internet.

Please try again later.You can use only one device per cellular account at one time, unless you have an appropriate plan where you can add another device for additional access charge and share the data. Alternatively, you can simply switch the device with your carrier. You'll have to activate (either manually via web or via customer service, depending on carrier) the new device each time when switching back and forth.
