• WiFi means it will get a internet signal from your home internet or a hotel, restaurant signal. Unlocked is so you can get a signal from your phone company.

• Wifi only has fixed wifi capability only. The wifi +unlocked means that at anytime you may need data services, you can choose from whichever provider you like.
