“I am confused- I bought the WiFi only 128GB mini I pad 4- when I look at the specs it shows the Memory is only 12 GB if WiFi only and 128GB for WiFi with Verizon. Is this true? I bought this one for the memory and it only shows 12gb!”

Memory and storage are 2 different things. The storage is 128gb, probably around 110 after the os.
