When I bought mine Apple was discontinuing the mini

Please try again later.Because Best Buy stopped selling the iPad mini 4 in the stores last December 2017, you have to order them online only now and pick which cellular carrier you to handle the cellular part. Once you receive the iPad mini 4 at home take it to Verizon Wireless to set it up and program it for you and your account.
