• Some models are and some aren’t. You need to check the description if it says wi-fi and cellular. Mine was only wi-fi, as I intended.

• Happycustomer read the description to this tablet is clearly state that is WIFI only for cellular you need to add to you cell line and pay extra and I am sure you do not want to do that

• The iPad mini is cellular capable you just have to buy the iPad mini that’s compatible with the cellular service
