Questionhow is data transferred from old to new ipad

- Answer There is supposed to be a simple transfer by bringing the old iPad close to the new iPad, but that didn’t work for us. The best way we found was to back the old iPad up to iCloud, and then during the start up process to choose the old iPad backup to download data to new iPad.

QuestionMy Mini Ipad is not working. It shows "Disabled" try again in 5 minutes. After waiting 5 minutes it still shows "disabled" I have repeated this process several times and it still does not work

- Answer Try resetting the mini then shutting it down. Charge it completely before turning it back on. It may be trying to update. Hope this helps
