Why does this model not have a headphone jack? null

There's no headphone jack but you can get a USB to mini-jack adapter to use a headphone otherwise it works thru bluetooth.

No it does not. It has a USB-C port for charging.

You have to either use Bluetooth, or buy the usb-c to 3.5mm adapter.
