Is this iPad cellular too and unlocked? null

I’m not sure what you’re asking: Cellular…I guess I could just give up computers all together We still have a library

It can be purchased with cellular too, but I prefer to go with just the wi-fi. I can always use my phone hotspot if I need to use it when away from a secure wi-fi connection.
