Does this have GPS null

Yes, it does include GPS - don't need to sign up for a cell provider. I've used in on several private pilot flights - the GPS feature worked very nicely from the cockpit to track my actual location.

Yes I can do everything that my iPhone does.

As far as I know all wifi/cellular ipads have GPS just the wifi only don't. I don't have my cell svc turned on at this point so can't guarantee but pretty sure.
