QuestionI want to pay the full price for an IPhone 11 as an upgrade. After I purchase it, how long do I have to make the swap? It’s for Christmas and I don’t want to swap until Christmas Eve but I also want to buy the phone now so I can guarantee availablility.

QuestionIf I trade in my iphone 8 plus will that lower the monthly plan for the phone? For example, my trade in value for my iphone 8 plus is $225.00 so the iphone 11 would be $375.00 after. So would the monthly plan be deduced for 24 months based on the 375?

- Answer You have to take in your phone to get new sim and all phones on the account have to be present as well I was told by T-Mobile in order to get new SIM card
