A:AnswerYep. Once you have all your files transferred double check your new phone to make sure it has all of your pictures and videos. You can also ask the phone service rep on duty to help with this as well. To make sure you don’t lose anything you can also backup all your images and videos to the iCloud as well just to be safe. When you confirm that all the info you wanted is backed up and stored in your new phone. Go to settings in your old one and select restore to factory settings. This will erase all your apps, files, passwords, images and videos on your phone. Then once that is done give the phone to your son where he can link it to his apple account and create all the stuff that he wants onto it. Hope this helps and have a great day.
