- Answer Open box means that it has been opened . Brand new iPhone hasn’t been opened . Basically with the open box it could be refurbished or still like new . Either way opened or brand new it’s still a great phone to purchase.

- Answer If it’s a nano SIM card it should work with 11 pro Max sim tray there shouldn’t be a problem . If you like you can always get another nano sim and port your number to that sim to fit your pro Max . But a standard and micro sim doesn’t fit only nano sim fits into the iPhone SIM card slot . I hope it all works out for you
