The case can charge wirelessly on its own. If you have the phone in the case, and you plug in/place the case on a QI charger - it will charge the phone FIRST then the case SECOND. It’s fantastic. If you leave the case with the phone in it on a QI charger or plugged in overnight - both will be fully charged by morning.

Please try again later.The battery case can charge using either the lightning cord or with a wireless charger which charges your phone at the same time through the battery case internal lightning port to the phone. I personally have the 11 pro with this case and it works great.
