• A:Answer Hi Tom, You can use iTunes on your pc, or you can use iCloud to back up your data. As for your plan, that doesn’t need to change if you buy the phone for full price. If you upgrade using a promotion or monthly installments, you may have to select an eligible plan from your carrier.
